2. Use of Gym Facilities
- Members must follow all gym rules, trainer instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Proper workout attire and sports shoes are mandatory.
- Members are responsible for handling gym equipment safely. Any damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable.
- The gym is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
- Members must ensure they are medically fit before starting workouts.
- The Prime Fitness Gym is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during or after workouts.
- If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your doctor before using the gym facilities.
4. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All membership plans must be paid for in advance.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In case of cancellation by the member, no refund will be issued.
- Freeze or hold option (if available) must be discussed directly with the management.
5. Personal Training (PT) Services
- PT services are optional and require separate charges.
- All PT sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior intimation may be counted as completed sessions.
- PT fees are non-refundable.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
- Any form of misbehaviour, harassment, or disturbance will lead to immediate termination of membership without refund.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the gym premises.
- Respect gym trainers, staff, and fellow members at all times.
7. Website Usage Terms

- You will not use the website for illegal or unauthorized activities.
- You will not attempt to harm, modify, disable, or hack the website.
